Episode 2: Passion for Learning (part 2)

In this second episode with Jonathan Reams we continue our discussion about transformational learning. We begin by exploring the challenges one meets when trying to create new ways of teaching in todays school system. Further on we discuss the different expectations for teachers and students, and how we can build institutions that support transformational learning. Reams also speaks of how film clips can illustrate certain stages of development, and how the concept of “disorienting dilemmas” ties into the developmental process.  At the end Reams goes into the term “life practice” (which was the first name for the show).
